All Early Years Practitioners hold relevant childcare qualifications and are committed to continuous development. Mandatory training such as First Aid and Food Hygiene are regularly updated alongside more specialist training in particular areas of development such as 'learning to write' and 'acquiring language'.  The drive for development and improvement is demonstrated by the continuation of individual educational journeys. The commitment to up-skilling the workforce has a direct impact on the development of the Early Years Provision.
